नई दिल्ली। भारतीय विदेश मंत्रालय ने अफगानिस्तान में रह रहे भारतीयों से युद्धग्रस्त देश में वाणिज्यिक उड़ानें बंद होने से पहले तुरंत लौटने को कहा है। विदेश मंत्रालय ने एक सुरक्षा परामर्श में कहा कि जैसे-जैसे अफगानिस्तान में हिंसा बढ़ रही है, कई प्रांतों के लिए वाणिज्यिक हवाई सेवाएं बंद हो रही हैं। विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा, अफगानिस्तान में गए हुए, वहां रहने वाले और काम करने वाले सभी भारतीय नागरिकों को दृढ़ता से सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अफगानिस्तान के विभिन्न हिस्सों से वाणिज्यिक उड़ानों की उपलब्धता पर खुद को अपडेट रखें और अफगानिस्तान में अपने ठहरने के स्थान पर वाणिज्यिक उड़ानें बंद होने से पहले भारत लौटने के लिए तत्काल यात्रा व्यवस्था करें।
भारतीय विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा कि अफगानिस्तान से बाहर काम करने वाली भारतीय कंपनियों को हवाई यात्रा बंद होने से पहले अपने भारतीय कर्मचारियों को परियोजना स्थलों से बाहर निकालने की जोरदार सलाह दी जाती है। विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा कि अफगान या विदेशी कंपनियों के कर्मचारियों को अपने नियोक्ताओं से भी परियोजना स्थलों से भारत वापस आने की सुविधा के लिए कहना चाहिए।
मालूम हो कि तालिबान के एक और हमले के बाद भारत ने मंगलवार को अफगानिस्तान के चौथे सबसे बड़े शहर मजार-ए-शरीफ से एक विशेष उड़ान के जरिए अपने नागरिकों को वापस बुलाने का फैसला किया है। मजार ए-शरीफ में भारतीय वाणिज्य दूतावास ने एक ट्वीट में कहा, एक विशेष उड़ान मजार-ए-शरीफ से नई दिल्ली के लिए रवाना हो रही है। मजार-ए-शरीफ और उसके आसपास के किसी भी भारतीय नागरिक से अनुरोध है कि वह आज देर शाम रवाना होने वाली विशेष उड़ान से भारत के लिए रवाना हो।
भारतीय विदेश विभाग ने उन भारतीय नागरिकों से अपील की है, जो विशेष उड़ान से जाना चाहते हैं। उन्हें सूचित किया गया है कि वे अपना पूरा नाम और पासपोर्ट नंबर जैसे विवरण तुरंत वाणिज्य दूतावास को जमा करें। करीब 1500 भारतीय इस समय अफगानिस्तान में रह रहे हैं। पिछले महीने भारत ने कंधार में अपने वाणिज्य दूतावास से लगभग 50 राजनयिकों और सुरक्षा कर्मियों को शहर के चारों ओर अफगान बलों और तालिबान लड़ाकों के बीच तीव्र संघर्ष के बाद वापस बुला लिया था। अफगानिस्तान के कई प्रांतों पर कब्जा कर चुके तालिबानी आतंकवादी अब मजार-ए-शरीफ तक पहुंच गए हैं। अफगान सेना और तालिबान के बीच मजार-ए-शरीफ के बाहरी इलाके में भीषण युद्ध चल रहा है। संकट को भांपते हुए भारत ने मजार-ए-शरीफ से भारतीय नागरिकों को निकालने का फैसला किया है।

India called back its citizens amidst increasing bloodshed in Afghanistan
New Delhi. The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has asked Indians living in Afghanistan to return immediately before commercial flights to the war-torn country are halted. The foreign ministry said in a security advisory that as violence escalated in Afghanistan, commercial air services to several provinces were shutting down. The Ministry of External Affairs said, all Indian nationals visiting, residing and working in Afghanistan are strongly advised to keep themselves updated on the availability of commercial flights from different parts of Afghanistan and their places of stay in Afghanistan. But make immediate travel arrangements to return to India before the closure of commercial flights.
The Indian Ministry of External Affairs said that Indian companies operating out of Afghanistan are strongly advised to evacuate their Indian employees from project sites before the closure of air travel. The Ministry of External Affairs said that employees of Afghan or foreign companies should also ask their employers to facilitate their return to India from the project sites.
It is known that after another Taliban attack, India on Tuesday decided to bring back its citizens by a special flight from Mazar-e-Sharif, the fourth largest city of Afghanistan. The Indian Consulate in Mazar-e-Sharif said in a tweet, "A special flight is leaving from Mazar-e-Sharif for New Delhi. Any Indian national in and around Mazar-e-Sharif is requested to leave for India by a special flight leaving late this evening.
The Indian State Department has appealed to Indian citizens who want to go by special flight. They have been advised to submit the details like their full name and passport number to the consulate immediately. About 1500 Indians are currently living in Afghanistan. Last month, India withdrew around 50 diplomats and security personnel from its consulate in Kandahar following intense clashes between Afghan forces and Taliban fighters around the city. Taliban militants who have captured many provinces of Afghanistan have now reached Mazar-e-Sharif. A fierce battle is going on between the Afghan army and the Taliban on the outskirts of Mazar-e-Sharif. Sensing the crisis, India has decided to evacuate Indian citizens from Mazar-e-Sharif.
