लखनऊ। राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट से जुड़े लोगों के जमीन खरीद में घोटाले को सामने लाने वाले संजय सिंह ने यूपी सरकार में हो रहे एक बड़े घोटाले की ओर ध्यान दिलाया है। आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के राज्यसभा सांसद संजय सिंह ने रविवार को उत्तर प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार द्वारा संचालित जल जीवन मिशन में हजारों करोड़ रुपये का घोटाला किये जाने का आरोप लगाते हुए इसकी सीबीआई जांच की मांग की. सिंह ने यहां संवाददाता सम्मेलन में दावा किया कि पानी पिलाना पुण्य का काम है मगर उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने इसमें भी बड़ा घोटाला किया और अपने मंत्रियों और अफसरों को लूट करने की खुली छूट दे दी.
सिंह ने आरोप लगाया कि जल जीवन मिशन के लिए कई करोड़ का बजट पारित किया गया लेकिन वर्ष 2020-21 में कोई भी काम जमीन पर नहीं उतरा. उन्होंने दावा किया कि जो काम हो भी रहे हैं, उनमें करोड़ों रुपये की कमीशनबाजी और घोटालों की कलई खुलने लगी है.
सिंह ने आरोप लगाया है कि पूरी योजना में 30 से 40 हजार करोड़ रुपये का घोटाला किया गया है. उन्होंने दावा किया कि प्रदेश के जल शक्ति मंत्री महेंद्र सिंह और मिशन से जुड़े सभी आला अफसरों ने मिलकर ना सिर्फ करोड़ों का भ्रष्टाचार किया है, बल्कि एक ऐसी कंपनी को करोड़ों का काम दिया जो कई राज्यों में श्ब्लैक लिस्टेडश् की गई है. सिंह ने आरोप लगाया, उड़ीसा, मध्य प्रदेश, पश्चिम बंगाल, झारखंड, पंजाब, हिमाचल प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़ और जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्यों के साथ ही सेना ने भी रश्मि मेटलिक को घटिया पाइप आपूर्ति करने की वजह से ब्लैक लिस्ट कर दिया. ऐसे में सवाल यह है कि योगी सरकार के मंत्री महेंद्र सिंह ने इसी कंपनी को क्यों करोड़ों की पाइप सप्लाई का काम दिया.
सिंह ने अपने दावे के समर्थन में कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन के मौजूदा अधिशाषी निदेशक अखण्ड प्रताप सिंह ने इस पूरे मामले की जांच झांसी के अपर जिलाधिकारी को सौंपी. उन्होंने दावा किया कि एक महीने के बाद जो जांच रिपोर्ट सामने आयी, उसमें खुलासा हो गया कि कंपनी ने खराब गुणवत्ता के पाइप की आपूर्ति की. उनके मुताबिक यूनिट कोआर्डिनेटर जेपी शुक्ला और परियोजना प्रबंधक महेश कुमार ने भी इस कंपनी पर सवाल खड़े किये हैं. सिंह ने मांग की कि योगी सरकार जल्द इस मामले की सीबीआई या फिर उच्च न्यायालय की निगरानी में विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) से पड़ताल कराये. आम आदमी पार्टी राज्य सरकार को इसके लिए एक हफ्ते का समय देती है नहीं तो पार्टी पूरे प्रदेश में आंदोलन करेगी. सिंह ने कहा, सिर्फ मैं ही नहीं, भाजपा के विधायक भी इस कंपनी के खिलाफ शिकायत कर चुके हैं. इनमें प्रयागराज से भाजपा विधायक अजय कुमार और हरैय्या से इसी दल के विधायक अजय कुमार सिंह भी शामिल हैं. सिंह की चिट्ठी पर संसदीय कार्य मंत्री सुरेश खन्ना ने जल शक्ति मंत्री महेंद्र सिंह को पत्र भेजकर मुख्य अभियंता आलोक सिन्हा पर लगे भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों पर सफाई तक मांगी है.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh on Sunday demanded a CBI inquiry into the Jal Jeevan Mission run by the BJP government of Uttar Pradesh, alleging that there was a scam of thousands of crores. Singh claimed in a press conference here that drinking water is an act of virtue, but the Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh committed a big scam in this too and gave a free hand to rob its ministers and officers.
Singh alleged that a budget of several crores was passed for the Jal Jeevan Mission, but in the year 2020-21, no work got off the ground. He claimed that even in the works that are being done, commissions and scams worth crores of rupees have started opening up.
Singh has alleged that a scam of 30 to 40 thousand crore rupees has been done in the entire scheme. He claimed that the state's Jal Shakti Minister Mahendra Singh and all the top officers associated with the mission have not only committed corruption of crores, but also gave work worth crores to a company which has been 'blacklisted' in many states. Singh alleged, along with the states of Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Jammu and Kashmir, the Army also blacklisted Rashmi Metalik for supplying substandard pipes. In such a situation, the question is that why did the minister of Yogi government, Mahendra Singh, give the work of pipe supply worth crores to this company.
Singh said in support of his claim that Akhand Pratap Singh, the current Executive Director of Jal Jeevan Mission, handed over the investigation of this entire matter to the Additional District Magistrate of Jhansi. He claimed that the investigation report which came out after a month revealed that the company supplied pipes of poor quality. According to him, Unit Coordinator JP Shukla and Project Manager Mahesh Kumar have also raised questions on this company. Singh demanded that the Yogi government should get the matter investigated by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) under the supervision of the CBI or the High Court at the earliest. The Aam Aadmi Party gives the state government a week's time for this, otherwise the party will agitate in the entire state. Singh said, not only me, BJP MLAs have also complained against this company. These include BJP MLA Ajay Kumar from Prayagraj and Ajay Kumar Singh, MLA of the same party from Haraiyya. On Singh's letter, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna has sent a letter to Jal Shakti Minister Mahendra Singh, asking for clarification on the allegations of corruption against Chief Engineer Alok Sinha.
