नई दिल्ली। किसानों के फायदे के नाम पर लागू किये गये खेती कानून किसान और जनविरोधी हैं यह बात किसान और वह सब लोग कह रहे हैं जो इस सरकार के काम-काज पर नजर रख रहे हैं। मोदी से लेकर उनके तमाम सहयोगी समर्थक किसान आंदोलन को बदनाम और परेशान करने में लगे रहे हैं। अब फिर से एक मंत्री ने किसानों के खिलाफ गंभीर असभ्य टिप्पणी की है जिससे साफ है कि यह सरकार किसानों और जनता के विरुद्ध दुर्भावनाओं से भरी हुई है। केंद्रीय मंत्री मीनाक्षी लेखी ने गुरुवार को किसानों पर अभद्र टिप्पणी की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदर्शन कर रहे लोग किसान नहीं, मवाली हैं। उन्होंने एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में किसान संसद में शामिल हुए किसानों के बारे में कहा कि उन पर ध्यान देना चाहिए, वे आपराधिक गतिविधियां कर रहे हैं। जो कुछ 26 जनवरी को हुआ वह भी शर्मनाक था। उसमें विपक्ष की ओर से ऐसी चीजों को बढ़ावा दिया गया।
मीनाक्षी ने एक सवाल के जवाब में कहा कि पहली बात तो आप उन्हें किसान कहना बंद कीजिए। वे किसान नहीं हैं। किसानों के पास इतना समय नहीं है कि जंतर-मंतर पर धरना देने बैठें। इसके जवाब में राकेश टिकैत ने कहा कि किसानों के बारे में ऐसी बात नहीं कहनी चाहिए। किसान देश का अन्नदाता है।
कृषि कानूनों को रद्द करने की मांग को लेकर किसानों ने जंतर-मंतर पर किसान संसद लगाई। इस दौरान राकेश टिकैत सहित सभी किसान तीनों कानून रद्द करने की मांग पर अड़े रहे। इस बीच सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता योगेंद्र यादव ने कहा कि ब्रिटेन की संसद में इस पर बहस हो रही, लेकिन हमारी सरकार इस मुद्दे पर खामोश है। मालूम हो कि 26 जनवरी को दिल्ली में उग्र प्रदर्शन के बावजूद दिल्ली सरकार ने किसानों को एंट्री की इजाजत दी है। यह परमिशन 22 जुलाई से लेकर 9 अगस्त तक है। दिल्ली डिजास्टर मैनेजमेंट अथॉरिटी ने शर्तों के साथ प्रदर्शन की मंजूरी दी है।
भारतीय किसान यूनियन नेता राकेश टिकैत पहले सिंघु बॉर्डर पहुंचे थे। यहां से बसों के जरिए वे किसानों के साथ जंतर-मंतर आए। प्रदर्शन में सिर्फ 200 किसान शामिल हुए। वे जंतर-मंतर पर किसान संसद लगाएंगे। राकेश टिकैत ने कहा कि हम मानसून सत्र की कार्यवाही पर भी नजर रखेंगे।
मोदी सरकार मंे मंत्री रहीं शिरोमणि अकाली दल की हरसिमरत कौर बादल ने कहा कि किसान दिल्ली बॉर्डर पर 8 महीने से प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। 500 से ज्यादा किसानों की इस प्रदर्शन में मौत हो चुकी है। फिर भी सरकार को किसानों की कोई चिंता नहीं है। वे लोग कृषि कानून वापस लेने को तैयार नहीं हैं। यदि बातचीत भी की जाती है तो उसका मुद्दा क्या होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों के प्रतिनिधि को संसद में अपनी बात रखने का मौका नहीं दिया जा रहा है। मंत्री किसानों से बात करने की इच्छा तो व्यक्त करते हैं, लेकिन असल में वो ये करना नहीं चाहते।
किसान नए कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ पिछले साल दिसंबर से दिल्ली की सीमाओं पर प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। इस दौरान किसान संगठनों की केंद्र सरकार से 12 दौर की बातचीत भी हो चुकी है, लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं निकल सका है। किसान तीनों कृषि कानून रद्द करने की मांग पर अड़े हैं। केंद्र सरकार का कहना है कि वह किसानों की मांगों के मुताबिक कानूनों में बदलाव कर सकती है, लेकिन कानून वापस नहीं लिए जाएंगे।

Farmers organized Kisan Sansad at Jantar Mantar to demand repeal of agricultural laws. During this, all the farmers including Rakesh Tikait remained adamant on the demand to repeal all the three laws. Meanwhile, social worker Yogendra Yadav said that this is being debated in the UK Parliament, but our government is silent on this issue. It is to be known that despite the fierce demonstration in Delhi on 26 January, the Delhi government has allowed the entry of farmers. This permission is from 22 July to 9 August. The Delhi Disaster Management Authority has approved the performance with conditions.
Bharatiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait had first reached the Singhu border. From here he came to Jantar Mantar with the farmers through buses. Only 200 farmers participated in the demonstration. They will organize a Kisan Sansad at Jantar Mantar. Rakesh Tikait said that we will also keep an eye on the proceedings of the monsoon session.
Harsimrat Kaur Badal of Shiromani Akali Dal, who was a minister in the Modi government, said that the farmers have been protesting on the Delhi border for 8 months. More than 500 farmers have died in this demonstration. Still, the government is not worried about the farmers. They are not ready to withdraw the agriculture law. Even if talks are held, what will be its issue? He said that the representatives of the farmers were not being given a chance to express their views in the Parliament. The ministers express their desire to talk to the farmers, but in reality they do not want to do so.
Farmers have been protesting at the borders of Delhi since December last year against the new agricultural laws. During this, 12 rounds of talks have also been held with the central government of farmer organizations, but no solution has been found. The farmers are adamant on the demand to repeal all the three agricultural laws. The central government says that it can change the laws according to the demands of the farmers, but the laws will not be withdrawn.
