लाॅस एंजेल्स। दुनिया भर में अपने गीत, संगीत, प्रस्तुति और खूबसूरती के लिए प्रसिद्ध ब्रिटनी स्पीयर्स ने अपनी गार्जियनशिप यानी संरक्षण को लेकर कोर्ट के सामने चौंकाने वाला बयान दिया है। करीब 13 साल से ब्रिटनी अपने पिता जेम्स पी स्पीयर्स के संरक्षण में हैं। बताया जाता है कि ब्रिटनी के पिता ही उनके काम-काज से जुड़े निर्णय लेते हैं। ब्रिटनी ने अमेरिका के लॉस एंजिल्स की अदालत से कहा कि उनके इस अपमानजनक संरक्षण को खत्म किया जाए।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, ब्रिटनी अपने पिता के संरक्षण में नहीं रहना चाहती हैं। उनका ये मामला अब अमेरिका में एक अभियान की शक्ल ले चुका है और ये पूरी दुनिया में फैल रहा है। इसे फ्री ब्रिटनी मूवमेंट का नाम दिया गया है। इस मूवमेंट को भारत की अभिनेत्री रिया चक्रवर्ती ने भी समर्थन दिया है।
ब्रिटनी ने अदालत में जज को बताया, पिछले 13 साल से उन्हें जबरदस्ती ड्रग्स दी गई। उनकी इच्छा के विरुद्ध काम करने को मजबूर किया गया। इतना ही नहीं उन्हें बर्थ कंट्रोल डिवाइस अपने शरीर से हटाने से भी रोका गया। मैं इस गार्जियनशिप में तिरस्कार में हूं। मैं चकित हूं और तनाव में हूं। मैं अपनी जिंदगी वापस चाहती हूं। अगर मैं काम कर सकती हूं तो मुझे संरक्षण में नहीं रहना चाहिए। मैं इस संरक्षण को अपमानजनक मानती हूं। मैं ऐसा महसूस नहीं करती कि मैं पूरी जिंदगी जी रही हूं।
ब्रिटनी का कहना था, मैं आगे बढ़ना चाहती हूं। शादी करना और बच्चा पैदा करना चाहती हूं। मुझे संरक्षण के दौरान बताया गया कि मैं बच्चा पैदा नहीं कर सकती और न शादी कर सकती हूं। मेरे भीतर एक आईयूडी डिवाइस लगाई गई है ताकि मैं गर्भवती न हो सकूं। मैं इस डिवाइस को बाहर निकालना चाहती हूं ताकि एक और बच्चा पैदा कर सकूं। लेकिन, इस तथाकथित टीम ने मुझे डॉक्टर के पास नहीं जाने दिया, वे नहीं चाहते कि मैं प्रेग्नेंट हो सकूं। ऐसे में ये संरक्षण मुझे फायदे से ज्यादा नुकसान पहुंचा रहा है।
ब्रिटनी बोलीं, मैं एक जिंदगी का हक रखती हूं। मैंने अपने पूरे जीवन काम किया है। मैं दो-तीन साल का ब्रेक चाहती हूं। मैं चाहती हूं कि जो मेरा मन करे वो मैं करूं। मुझे लगता है कि मैं बैसाखी के सहारे हूं। आज मैं आपसे इस बारे में बात करते हुए सहज हूं। मैं आपसे ही फोन पर बात करना चाहती हूं, क्योंकि जब मैं इस फोन से हटती हूं तो मुझे सिर्फ और सिर्फ न सुननी पड़ती है। तभी मैं सोचती हूं कि मुझे सताया जा रहा है और मैं अकेला महसूस करने लगती हूं। मुझे भी दूसरों की तरह कुछ अधिकार चाहिए। मुझे परिवार, बच्चे और दूसरी चीजें चाहिए।
