रुद्रपुर(ऊधम सिंह नगर) उत्तराखंड 14 मई 2021। जिलाधिकारी श्रीमति रंजना राजगुरू ने बताया कि कोविड-19 संक्रमण की रोकथाम के लिये टीकाकरण कार्यक्रम व्यापक रूप से चलाया जा रहा है। उन्होने कहा कि कोविड-19 की वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में जन सामान्य में संक्रमण के प्रभाव को नियंत्रित करने एवं जन सामान्य में इस संक्रमण को गम्भीर रूप लेने से रोकने हेतु प्रारम्भिक रोकथाम के लिये राज्य स्तरीय क्लीनिकल टेक्नीकल कमेटी के संस्तुति के उपरांत जनपद के समस्त परिवारों को टैब आईवरमेक्टिन 12 एमजी औषधि की एक किट तैयार कर सीएमओ द्वारा अपर निदेशक राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन की निगरानी में वितरित किया जायेगा। उन्होने कहा कि औषधि किट तैयार करने हेतु स्वंय सहायता समूहों का सहयोग लिया जाये।
जिलाधिकारी रंजना राजगुरु के मुताबिक, प्रत्येक व्यक्ति तक उक्त औषधि के वितरण की व्यवस्था हेतु जनपद स्तर पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी तथा विकास खण्ड स्तर पर खण्ड विकास अधिकारी को नोडल अधिकारी नामित किया है। उन्होने कहा है कि औषधि वितरण की व्यवस्था हेतु मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अपने स्तर से प्रत्येक न्याय पंचायत स्तर पर नोडल अधिकारी नामित करते हुये नामित अधिकारी से तथा शहरी क्षेत्रों में सम्बन्धित नगर आयुक्त नगर निगम तथा अधिशासी अधिकारी नगर पालिकाध्नगर पंचायत से प्रतिदिन की सूचना प्राप्त कर उपलब्ध करायेगें। उन्होने कहा कि उक्त औषधि किट वितरण हेतु बीएलओ, आंगनबाडीध्आशा कार्यकर्ती, ग्राम विकास अधिकारी, ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी, ग्राम प्रधान, स्वंय सेवी संस्थाओं एवं नगर क्षेत्र में वार्ड मेम्बर, पार्षद आदि का सहयोग लिया जाये। उन्होने कहा कि जो कोविड कि लक्षण वाले व्यक्तियों को वितरण हेतु ग्राम पंचायत स्तरीय कोविड नियन्त्रण समिति या वार्डो में नियत स्थान पर रखी जा रही है उसका पता, फोन नम्बर, नाम आदि विवरण किट के साथ पर्ची पर जन सामान्य की जानकारी के लिये उपलब्ध कराया जाये ताकि आवश्यकता पडने पर वह सम्बन्धित निकटतम केन्द्र से कोविड किट प्राप्त कर सकें।
Rudrapur (Udham Singh Nagar) Uttarakhand 14 May 2021. District Collector Mrs. Ranjana Rajguru informed that the vaccination program is being run extensively for the prevention of Kovid-19 infection. He said that in the present circumstances of Kovid-19, after controlling the effect of infection in the common people and to prevent this infection from taking serious form in the general public, after the recommendation of the state level Clinical Technical Committee for the initial prevention, all the families of the district A kit of tab ivermectin 12mg medicine will be prepared and distributed by CMO under the supervision of Additional Director National Health Mission. He said that cooperation of self-help groups should be taken to prepare medicine kits.
According to District Collector Ranjana Rajguru, the Chief Development Officer at the district level and the Block Development Officer at the development block level have been designated as Nodal Officers for arranging the distribution of the said medicine to each person. He has said that for the distribution of medicines, the Chief Development Officer nominating the Nodal Officer at each Nyaya Panchayat level from his level, the daily information will be available from the designated officer and in the urban areas from the concerned Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation and Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation Will do. He said that the cooperation of BLO, Anganwadi Dasha Karkarti, Village Development Officer, Gram Panchayat Development Officer, Gram Pradhan, self-help institutions and ward members, councilors etc. in city area should be taken for the distribution of the said medicine kit. He said that the address, phone number, name etc. are available on the slip along with the kit for the information of the general public, which is being kept at the designated place in the Gram Panchayat level Kovid control committee or wards for distribution to the people with symptoms of Kovid. Go so that they can get the Kovid Kit from the nearest nearest center if required.
