रुद्रपुर (ऊधम सिंह नगर) उत्तराखंड 18 मई। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने विडियो काॅन्फ्रेन्सिग के माध्यम से देश के 10 राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री, सचिवों, 46 जिलों के जिलाधिकारियों एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ कोरोना संक्रमण की रोकथाम के दृष्टिगत किये जा रहे कार्यों के सम्बन्ध में संवाद किया। उन्होने कहा कि सभी राज्यों व जिलों ने बहुत अच्छा काम किया, जिन राज्यों ने अच्छा काम किया है उनसे एक प्रेरणा भी मिली है। उन्होने कहा कि कुछ लोगो द्वारा कोरोना पाॅजिटिव होने के बावजूद भी अपने दायित्वों का निर्वाहन बहुत बेहतर ढंग से किया गया इस दौरान कई कोरोना योद्धाओं ने अपनों को खोया और कई दिनों तक अपने परिवार से दूर भी रहे, ऐसे मुश्किल दौर में भी अपने कार्यो को प्राथमिकता दी है। उन्होने कहा कि जिन जनपदों द्वारा सराहनीय कार्य किया गया है वे अपने अनुभवों को अन्य राज्यों के साथ साझा करें। उन्होने कहा कि जिस प्रकार से राज्यों ने महामारी की रोकथाम हेतु कार्य किया है वह बहुत ही सराहनीय है। उन्होने सभी अधिकारियों से कहा कि अपनी भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों के अनुसार कार्यो करें। मा0 प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि यदि कोई राज्य/जिला कोरोना संक्रमण से जीतता है तो देश भी कोरोना के खिलाफ इस जंग में जीतता है।
प्रधानमंत्री ने सभी अधिकारियों से कहा कि अपने अपने क्षेत्र में सकारात्मक व समर्पण भाव से कार्य करें। कहा कि सभी अधिकारी कोरोना के खिलाफ इस लड़ाई में फ्रंटलाईन योद्धाओं का मनोबल बढ़ाऐं। जिस प्रकार गांवों में लोगो ने खेती के दौरान भी सामाजिक दूरी, मास्क पहनना आदि सभी गाईड लाईनों को पालन किया है उसकी जितनी प्रशंसा की जाये वह कम है। उन्होने कहा कि गांवों की अपनी एक अलग ताकत होती है जो कि कोरोना महामारी के इस दौर में अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहें है। उन्होने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि जो भी व्यक्ति इस लड़ाई में अपना योगदान दे रहें है वह एक विंग कमाण्डर के रूप में अपने क्षेत्र का नेतृत्व कर रहें है। उन्होने कहा कि कोरोना के खिलाफ इस लड़ाई में लोगो तक सही जानकारी पहुचाना, सामाजिक दूरी का अनुपालन, मास्क, एवं अधिक से अधिक लोगों को जागरूक करना यह हमारे महत्वपूर्ण हथियार है, जिससे हम सब मिलकर कोरोना पर विजय पा सकेगे।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि इस दौर में कालाबाजारी करने वालों पर कठोर कार्यवाही करना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होने कहा कि मृत्यु दर को कम करते हुए प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के जीवन को बचाना हम सबका कर्तव्य है, वही आम जनता के दैनिक जरूरतों की पूर्ति किसी भी प्रकार से बाधित न हो वह सुचारू रूप से चले ऐसी योजना से कार्य करें। उन्होने कहा कि ग्रामीण व दूरस्त क्षेत्रों में जहां कोरोना के दूसरी लहर का प्रसार तेजी से हुआ है वहां विशेष ध्यान देने एवं लोगो को जागरूक करने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होने कहा कि अधिकारी अपने अपने क्षेत्रों में जनप्रतिनिधियों व समाज सेवी संगठनो का भी सहयोग लेते हुए कार्य करें।
यहां जिलाधिकारी श्रीमति रंजना राजगुरू, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी हिमंाशु खुराना, मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी डाॅ0 डीएस पंचपाल, अपर मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी डाॅ0 अविनाश खन्ना थे।
Rudrapur (Udham Singh Nagar) Uttarakhand 18 May. The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, through video conferencing, interacted with the Chief Ministers, Secretaries, District Magistrates of 46 districts and officials of the Health Department in connection with the work being done for the prevention of corona infection. He said that all the states and districts have done very well, the states that have done good work have also got an inspiration from them. He said that in spite of being corona positive by some people, their duties were carried out in a better way, during this time many corona warriors lost their loved ones and stayed away from their families for many days, even in such difficult times their tasks Has given priority. He said that the districts which have done commendable work should share their experiences with other states. He said that the way states have worked to prevent the epidemic is very commendable. He asked all the officers to work according to their geographical conditions. Hon'ble Prime Minister said in his address that if a state / district wins from Corona transition then the country also wins in this battle against Corona.
The Prime Minister asked all the officers to work in their own area with positive and dedication. Said that all officers should increase the morale of frontline warriors in this fight against Corona. The way in which people have followed all the social lines, wearing masks, etc., in villages, the praise is less than that. He said that villages have their own distinct power, which is playing its important role in this era of corona epidemic. In his address, he said that whoever is contributing to this battle is leading his field as a wing commander. He said that in this fight against Corona, providing correct information to the people, compliance of social distance, masks, and making more and more people aware, it is our important weapon, so that we can all together conquer Corona.
The Prime Minister said that during this period, ensure strict action against those who commit black marketing. He said that it is the duty of all of us to save the life of every person while reducing the death rate, so that the daily needs of the general public should not be disrupted in any way, they should work with such a scheme that goes smoothly. He said that in rural and remote areas where the second wave of corona has spread rapidly, there is a need to pay special attention and make people aware. He said that officers should work with the help of public representatives and social service organizations in their respective areas.
