नई दिल्ली। राज्यसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष वरिष्ठ कांग्रेसी मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को रविवार को लिखे पत्र में कहा कि सरकार को वैक्सीन और मेडिकल इक्विपमेंट पर टैक्स में छूट देनी चाहिए। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि वैक्सीनेशन के लिए अलॉट किए गए 35 हजार करोड़ रुपए को खर्च किया जाए और ये सुनिश्तिच करना चाहिए की देश के हर व्यक्ति का वैक्सीनेशन हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि विदेशों से आ रही राहत सामग्री को बंटवाने के लिए प्रवासी मजदूरों की मदद ली जानी चाहिए। ये काम मनरेगा के तहत करवाया जाए। हाल ही के दिनों में कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी और पार्टी की अंतरिम अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी के बाद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को पत्र लिखने वाले खड़गे तीसरे कांग्रेस नेता हैं।
-वैक्सीन बनाने वाली कंपनियों को कंपलसरी लाइसेंस दिए जाने चाहिए।
-मेडिकल से जुड़े जरूरी सामानों पर टैक्स में छूट मिलनी चाहिए।
-वैक्सीन पर 5, पीपीई किट पर 5 से 12, एंबुलेंस पर 28 और ऑक्सीजन कंसंट्रेटर पर 12 प्रतिशत छूट मिले।
-प्रवासी मजदूरों को मनरेगा के तहत 100 की जगह 200 दिन का रोजगार मिले।
खड़गे ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार को तुरंत सभी पार्टियों की मीटिंग बुलानी चाहिए। ताकि महामारी से लड़ने के लिए सबकी सहमति से एक ब्लूप्रिंट तैयार हो सके।
खड़गे ने लिखा है कि ये सब की सहमति को ध्यान में रखते हुए सामूहिक निर्णय लेने का समय है। सिटीजन ग्रुप और सिविल सोसायटी के लोग कोरोना से लंबी लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं। ऐसा इसलिए हो रहा है क्योंकि केंद्र सरकार अपने कर्तव्यों का पालन करती नहीं दिख रही है। आम भारतीय आज इस स्थिति में पहुंच चुका है कि उसे अपनों का इलाज करने के लिए जमीन, गहनें बेचने पड़ रहे हैं। लोगों को अपनी जमापूंजी खर्च करनी पड़ रही है।
कांग्रेस की अंतरिम अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी ने 7 मई को पत्र लिखकर मोदी सरकार पर निशाना साधा था। उन्होंने कहा था कि महामारी के दौर में सिस्टम नहीं बल्कि मोदी सरकार फेल हुई है। केंद्र सरकार रिसोर्स का सही तरह से उपयोग नहीं कर पा रही है। सोनिया ने कहा था कि पूरे देश में फ्री वैक्सीनेशन के लिए 35 हजार करोड़ रुपए का बजट जारी हुआ था। इसके बाद भी मोदी सरकार पहले से परेशान राज्य सरकारों पर बोझ डाल रही है। उन्होंने कांग्रेस पार्लियामेंट्री पार्टी की बैठक में ये बातें कहीं।
