चंडीगढ़। पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह ने शनिवार को उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के पंजाब के 23 वें जिले के रूप में मलेरकोटला की घोषणा पर उनके भड़काऊ ट्वीट को लेकर, इसे शांतिपूर्ण राज्य में सांप्रदायिक नफरत भड़काने के प्रयास के रूप में भाजपा की विभाजक नीतियों का हिस्सा बताया। अमरिंदर सिंह ने आदित्यनाथ को अपने राज्य के मामलों से दूर रहने के लिए भी कहा। कैप्टन ने भाजपा सरकार के तहत उत्तर प्रदेश की तुलना में पंजाब को काफी बेहतर स्थिति में होने का दावा किया। कहा कि पिछले चार वर्षों से उत्तर प्रदेश में भाजपा सांप्रदायिक कलह को सक्रिय रूप से बढ़ावा दे रही है।
पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह ने कहा, वह (आदित्यनाथ) पंजाब के लोकाचार या मलेरकोटला के इतिहास के बारे में क्या जानते हैं, जिसका सिख धर्म और उनके गुरुओं के साथ संबंध हर पंजाबी को पता है और वह भारतीय संविधान के बारे में क्या समझते हैं, जिसे हर दिन बेशर्मी से कुचला जा रहा है। उनकी टिप्पणी का मजाक उड़ाते हुए अमरिंदर सिंह ने कहा कि आदित्यनाथ सरकार और भाजपा के सांप्रदायिक नफरत फैलाने के ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड को देखते हुए, इस तरह की टिप्पणी पूरी तरह से अनुचित होने के अलावा पूरी तरह से हास्यास्पद है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा, पूरी दुनिया भाजपा की सांप्रदायिक रूप से विभाजनकारी नीतियों और विशेष रूप से यूपी में आदित्यनाथ के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार के बारे में जानती है। मुगल सराय से पंडित दीन दयाल उपाध्याय नगर, इलाहाबाद से प्रयागराज और फैजाबाद से अयोध्या सहित यूपी के विभिन्न शहरों के नामों में बदलाव की ओर इशारा करते हुए अमरिंदर सिंह ने उन्हें आदित्यनाथ सरकार द्वारा इतिहास को फिर से लिखने का प्रयास बताया, जिसे शांति - भारत को प्यार करने वाले कभी माफ नहीं करेंगे।
मीडिया रिपोटरें का हवाला देते हुए, अमरिंदर सिंह ने याद किया कि लव जिहाद कानूनों को मंजूरी देने वाला यूपी देश का पहला राज्य था और ताजमहल (जिसे वह मुगलों की विरासत के रूप में देखते हैं) के लिए अदियानाथ की खुली नफरत अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर आलोचना का विषय रही हैं।

उन्होंने इसे अगले साल होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले पंजाब में असामंजस्य फैलाने के लिए भाजपा की ओर से एक साजिश करार दिया। अमरिंदर सिंह ने कहा, लगता है कि यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री भूल गए हैं कि उनके अपने राज्य में भी उसी समय चुनाव होने वाले हैं और अगर हाल के पंचायत चुनाव के नतीजे कोई संकेत हैं, तो भाजपा पूरी तरह से विधान सभा चुनाव में और चैंकने वाली है।
अमरिंदर सिंह ने कहा, आदित्यनाथ को अपनी ऊर्जा अपने राज्य को बचाने पर केंद्रित करनी चाहिए, जहां कोविड की स्थिति नियंत्रण से बाहर हो रही है। पीड़ितों के शव नदियों में फेंके जा रहे हैं। इस प्रकार उन्हें एक सभ्य दाह संस्कार या दफन की गरिमा से भी वंचित किया जा रहा है।
मालूम हो कि जनता को लुभाने और भरमाने के लिए यूपी सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ पिछले चार साल से खूब नाटक करते रहे लेकिन स्वास्थ्य, चिकित्सा, शिक्षा आॅर दूसरे विभागों में सुविधाएं और स्टाफ नहीं बढ़ाया। जब फरवरी -मार्च में जनता बड़े पैमाने पर कोविड से प्रभावित होने लगी थी तब वे राज्य में एक तरफ त्रिस्तरीय पंचायत चुनाव करा रहे थे वहीं वे पश्चिम बंगाल विधान सभा चुनाव प्रचार भी कर रहे थे। जब कोविड के केस बढ़े तो टेस्टिंग और उपचार के लिए पर्याप्त सुविधाएं नहीं थीं नतीजतन बड़े पैमाने पर आम जनता और सरकार कर्मचारी भी हजारों की संख्या में मारे गये। मई आते-आते तो हालत यह हो गई कि मृतकों को दफनाने और जलाने तक की हालत नहीं रही। शव नदियों में बहाये जाने लगे।
