नई दिल्ली। कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व वित्त मंत्री पी चिदंबरम ने बुधवार को स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. हर्षवर्धन के उस बयान की आलोचना की, जिसमें उन्होंने कहा था कि देश में ऑक्सीजन या वैक्सीन की कोई कमी नहीं है। इस पर चिदंबरम ने कहा कि मुझे डॉ. हर्षवर्धन के बयान से हैरानी हो रही है। वे कह रहे हैं कि देश में ऑक्सीजन, वैक्सीन या रेमडेसिविर की कोई कमी नहीं है। यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री कह रहे हैं कि प्रदेश में वैक्सीन की कोई कमी नहीं है।
चिदंबरम ने पूछा कि अगर ऐसा है तो क्या टीवी पर झूठे वीडियो दिखाए जा रहे हैं? अखबारों की खबरें गलत हैं? क्या सभी डॉक्टर झूठ बोल रहे हैं? क्या परिवार के सभी सदस्य गलत बयान दे रहे हैं? क्या सभी विजुअल और फोटो नकली हैं? लोगों को ऐसी सरकार के खिलाफ विद्रोह कर देना चाहिए, जो यह मान रही है कि भारत के सभी लोग मूर्ख हैं।
मालूम हो कि देश के अस्पतालों में ऑक्सीजन की कमी होने से केंद्र सरकार सवालों के घेरे में है। रोजाना हजारों मौतें हो रही हैं। लोगों को अस्पतालों से डैड बाॅडी मिलने भारी परेशानी हो रही है। अस्पताल, एंबूलेंस, श्मशान वाले जमकर लूट रहे हैं। एक से एक हृदय विदारक दृश्य सामने आ रहे हैं। सरकारें लोगों की वास्तविक मौतों का आंकड़ा तक छुपा रही है। देश और विदेश में काफी किरकिरी होने के बाद केंद्र सरकार कुछ हरकत में आई है और अब कई कदम उठाए गए हैं। बुधवार को ही सरकार ने पीएम केयर्स फंड से 1 लाख पोर्टेबल ऑक्सीजन कंसंट्रेटर्स और 500 प्रेशर स्विंग एडसोर्पशन ऑक्सीजन प्लांट खरीदने का फैसला किया है। प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय पीएमओ के मुताबिक, केंद्र सरकार ने पहले से ही 713 प्रेशर स्विंग एडसोर्पशन प्लांट के ऑर्डर दिए हुए हैं। बुधवार को फिर 500 प्लांट के नए ऑर्डर दिए गए।
प्रेशर स्विंग एडसोर्पशन प्लांट से देश के टीयर-2 शहरों खासकर जिला मुख्यालयों में ऑक्सीजन की कमी को दूर किया जा सकेगा। प्रधानमंत्री ने अफसरों से कहा है कि इन ऑर्डर को जल्द से जल्द पूरा कर राज्यों को भेजा जाए, ताकि ऑक्सीजन की हो रही कमी को पूरा किया जा सके। आॅक्सीजन, दवा, वेंटीलेटर और बेड्स आदि की भारी कमी है यह खबरें हर राज्य से आ रही हैं। कोरोना की पहली लहर के बाद सरकार ने हैल्थ सिस्टम को बेहतर करने के लिए वास्तव में कुछ खास नहीं किया यह पूरी तरह स्पष्ट हो गया है लेकिन इससे पहले प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और उनकी सरकार ने अपनी होशियारी और समझदारी, कार्यकुशलता का बहुत ढिंढोरा पीटा था। अब खोखलापन उजागर हो गया है, जिसके कारण हजारों लोग महज आॅक्सीजन न मिलने से मारे गये। राज्य सरकारें अपने स्तर पर भी कोई इंतजाम करने में विफल रहीं। इसमें दिल्ली की आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार, महाराष्ट्र की शिवसेना, कांग्रेस की राजस्थान, छत्तीसगढ़ सरकारें भी हैं। भाजपा शासित राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री मोदी की तरह झूठ बोलते रहे अब सबका खोखलापन सामने आ गया है। केरल जैसे कुछ राज्य बेहतर व्यवस्था कर पाए।
कांग्रेस सांसद राहुल गांधी ने एक बार फिर वैक्सीन की कामतों को लेकर केंद्र सरकार पर हमला बोला है। उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया पर लिखा, कोरोना वैक्सीन डेवलप करने के लिए वैक्सीन कंपनियों को जनता का पैसा दिया गया था। अब केंद्र सरकार की नीतियों के कारण उन्हीं लोगों को टीके के लिए दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा कीमत चुकानी पड़ेगी। एक बार फिर, फेल सिस्टम के आगे हमारी जनता मोदी-मित्रों के फायदे के आगे नाकाम हो गई है।

It is known that due to lack of oxygen in the hospitals of the country, the central government is under the question. There are thousands of deaths daily. People are having a lot of trouble getting dad body from hospitals. The hospital, ambulances, cremation grounds are being looted. Disappearing scenes are unfolding one by one. Governments are hiding even the actual death toll of the people. After being very gritty in the country and abroad, the central government has come into some action and now many steps have been taken. On Wednesday itself, the government has decided to purchase 1 lakh portable oxygen concentrators and 500 pressure swing adsorption oxygen plants from PM Cares Fund. According to the Prime Minister's Office PMO, the central government has already placed orders for 713 pressure swing adsorption plant. On Wednesday, new orders of 500 plants were placed.
The pressure swing adsorption plant will be able to overcome the lack of oxygen in the Tier-2 cities of the country, especially the district headquarters. The Prime Minister has asked the officers to complete these orders as soon as possible, so that the shortage of oxygen can be fulfilled. There is a huge shortage of oxygen, medicine, ventilators and beds etc. These reports are coming from every state. After the first wave of Corona, the government did not really do anything special to improve the health system. It has become completely clear, but before this, Prime Minister Modi and his government had beaten a lot of their intelligence and prudence, efficiency. Now the hollowness has been exposed, due to which thousands of people died due to lack of oxygen. The state governments failed to make any arrangements at their level as well. It also has the Aam Aadmi Party government of Delhi, Shiv Sena of Maharashtra, Rajasthan of Congress, Chhattisgarh governments.
