नई दिल्ली। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा जनता की परवाह न करना सिर्फ अपना और अपनोें का फायदा करना भारत की जनता पर भारी पड़ गया। आज भारत की जनता अपने इतिहास के सर्वाधिक बुरे दौर से गुजर रही है। गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री रहते मोदी ने जो झूठ बोलना, लंबी-लंबी हांकना और पाखंड करना शुरु किया था वह लगातार जारी है। मोदी जनता को मुश्किलों में डालकर अट्टाहास करते, जश्न मनाते रहे हैं। तथ्य इसके स्वतः प्रमाण हैं। याद कीजिए, जब मोदी की नोटबंदी से ठंड में जनता लाइनों में लगी मुसीबतें उठा रही थी मोदी तब जापान मंे हंस रहे थे। पूरे कोविड के एक साल से ज्यादा के समय में मोदी जनता की मुश्किलें हल करने के प्रति कभी गंभीर नहीं दिखे। उन्होंने लगातार लंबी-लंबी हांक कर प्रचार बटोरा। तथ्य अब चीख-चीख कर बता रहे हैं कि मोदी ने जनता की परवाह नहीं की, संसदीय समिति से लेकर विशेषज्ञों की चेतावनियों तक को नजरअंदाज कर दिया और दूसरी लहर के मद्देनजर पर्याप्त इंतजाम नहीं किये। देश और दुनिया के सामने बेहतर कोविड प्रबंधन का झूठ बोलते रहे। परिणामस्वरूप आम आदमी तो छोड़िए वीआइपीज तक को अस्पताल, बेड और तमाम अन्य जरूरी सुविधाएं नहीं मिल रहीं। इस पूरे दौर में लोगों के रोजगार की भी जरा चिंता नहीं की। लोग अब फिर मारे-मारे फिर रहे हैं।
मोदी की आपराधिक लापरवाही या जनविरोधी सोच का अब देश और पूरी दुनिया में डंका बज रहा है। दुनिया भर का मीडिया मोदी की कार्यशैली पर सवाल उठा रहा है। सबसे तीखा रिएक्शन ऑस्ट्रेलिया के अखबार ऑस्ट्रेलियन फाइनेंशियल रिव्यू में देखने को मिला है। कार्टूनिस्ट डेविड रोव ने एक कार्टून में दिखाया है कि भारत देश जो कि हाथी की तरह विशाल है। वह मरने वाली हालत में जमीन पर पड़ा है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी उसकी पीठ पर सिंहासन की तरह लाल गद्दी वाला आसन लगाकर बैठे हुए हैं। उनके सिर पर तुर्रेदार पगड़ी और एक हाथ में माइक है। वह भाषण वाली पोजिशन में हैं। यह कार्टून सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है।
बेहद सम्मानित अमेरिकी अखबार द वाशिंगटन पोस्ट ने 24 अप्रैल के अपने ओपिनियन में लिखा कि भारत में कोरोना की दूसरी लहर की सबसे बड़ी वजह पाबंदियों में जल्द राहत मिलना है। इससे लोगों ने महामारी को हल्के में लिया। कुंभ मेला, क्रिकेट स्टेडियम जैसे इवेंट में दर्शकों की भारी मौजूदगी इसके उदाहरण हैं। एक जगह पर महामारी का खतरा मतलब सभी के लिए खतरा है। कोरोना का नया वैरिएंट और भी ज्यादा खतरनाक है। न्यूयॉर्क टाइम्स’ ने भारत के संदर्भ में 25 अप्रैल को लिखा कि साल भर पहले दुनिया का सबसे सख्त लॉकडाउन लगाकर कोरोना पर काफी हद तक काबू पाया, लेकिन फिर एक्सपर्ट्स की चेतावनी की अनदेखी की गई। आज कोरोना के मामले बेकाबू हो गए हैं। अस्पतालों में बेड नहीं है। प्रमुख राज्यों में लॉकडाउन लग गया है। सरकार के गलत फैसलों और आने वाले मुसीबत की अनदेखी करने से भारत दुनिया में सबसे बुरी स्थिति में आ गया, जो कोरोना को मात देने में एक सफल उदाहरण बन सकता था।
ब्रिटेन के अखबार द गार्जियन’ ने भारत में कोरोना से बने भयानक हालात को लेकर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को घेरा है। 23 अप्रैल को अखबार ने लिखा- भारतीय प्रधानमंत्री के अति आत्मविश्वास (ओवर कॉन्फिडेंस) से देश में जानलेवा कोविड-19 की दूसरी लहर रिकॉर्ड स्तर पर है। लोग अब सबसे बुरे हाल में जी रहे हैं। अस्पतालों में ऑक्सीजन और बेड दोनों नहीं है। 6 हफ्ते पहले उन्होंने भारत को वर्ल्ड फार्मेसी घोषित कर दिया, जबकि भारत में 1 प्रतिशत आबादी का भी वैक्सीनेशन नहीं हुआ था।
विश्व चर्चित पत्रिका टाइम मैगजीन में 23 अप्रैल को राणा अय्यूब के लेख में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को कोरोना की लड़ाई में नाकाम बताया गया। लेख में सवाल किया गया है कि कैसे इस साल कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों को देखते तैयारी नहीं की गई। प्रधानमंत्री पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा गया कि जिम्मेदारी उसके पास है, जिसने सभी सावधानियों को नजरअंदाज किया। जिम्मेदारी उस मंत्रिमंडल के पास है, जिसने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की तारीफ में कहा कि देश में कोरोना के खिलाफ उन्होंने सफल लड़ाई लड़ी। यहां तक कि टेस्टिंग धीमी हो गई। लोगों में भयानक वायरस के लिए ज्यादा भय न रहा।
प्रख्यात समाचार माध्यम ब्रिटिश ब्राॅडकास्टिंग कारपोरेशन यानी बीबीसी ने कहा कि कोरोना के रिकॉर्ड मामलों से भारत के हेल्थकेयर सिस्टम पर बुरा असर पड़ा है। लोगों को इलाज के लिए घंटों इंतजार करना पड़ रहा है। अस्पतालों में बेड और ऑक्सीजन नहीं है। कोरोना के मामलों में बढ़ोतरी की वजह हेल्थ प्रोटोकॉल में ढिलाई, मास्क पर सख्ती और कुंभ इत्यादि मेले चुनावी रैली आदि में लाखों लोगों की उपस्थिति रही।
दुनिया भर ने देखा कि तेजी से कोरोना के केस बढ़ रहे थे लेकिन दूसरों को सामाजिक दूरी और मास्क जरूरी की नसीहत देने वाले मोदी और उनके साथी सहयोगी बड़ी - बड़ी चुनावी रैलियां बिना कोरोना गाइडलाइन का पालन किये कर रहे थे। इसके साथ ही लाखों-करोड़ों की भीड़ वाले कुंभ जैसे आयोजन भी नियमों की धज्जियां उड़ाते किये जा रहे थे। पश्चिम बंगाल में अब हो रही जांच में हर दूसरा व्यक्ति पाॅजिटिव बताया जा रहा है। पूरी दुनिया की मीडिया भारत सरकार की घोर लापरवाही पर निशाना साध रहा है। लगातार जानकारियां सामने आ रही हैं कि सरकार दूसरी लहर के लिए जरूरी व्यवस्थाएं नहीं कर पाईं। ऐसे में भी मोदी और उनकी सरकार, सहयोगी सच्चाइयों को छुपाने और सरकार की छवि को बचाने का प्रयत्न करते ज्यादा दिखते हैं।
